Since the 1990s, no club has been able to win consecutive European Cups. The last was AC Milan who won 3 consecutive European Cups (1988-89, 89-90). Looking at this years semi-finalists, Bayern Munich looks capable of winning the cup again this year and without a doubt, they are the favourites.
Then again, Chelsea could win their second title if they make it through their semi-final.
Atlético Madrid has never won the Champions League and judging by their performance this season, it's possible for them to bag their first title. But, they have the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid or the dangerous Bayern to defeat.
